The Phoenix Business Journal is reporting that notorious Sheriff Joe Arpaio continued to arrest undocumented immigrants over the weekend despite not having the authorization from ICE to do so any more.
The [Maricopa County Sheriff's Department's] sweep occurred via the state’s employer sanctions law that goes after businesses who hire illegal immigrants. Deputies targeted businesses in Surprise and Peoria with the MCSO arresting some undocumented workers.
The federal government has changed the 287(g) agreement it has with Arpaio to limit his arrests of illegal immigrants to only for those being processed at county jails.
Arpaio’s office continues to be under a Department of Justice investigation over racial profiling of people of Hispanic/Latino descent. There are also at least two lawsuits against Arpaio where the ACLU claims that Arpaio’s treatment of Hispanic and Latinos has been unjustified regardless of the person’s legal status.
Civil rights groups have condemned Arpaio’s sheriffs’ office and its vigilante militia for unfairly harassing minorities. They say that Arpaio supports racism. He is a regular at anti-immigration rallies.
This guy must be senile and will eventually end up in jail or perhaps, an angry person will put a bullet in his head.
GO JOE!!! This guy is amazing, finally someone with the balls to do what the feds wet their beds over!! Face it, if the feds werent asleep at the wheel, Sheriff Joe wouldnt be in the news at all.. Sheriff Joe for President!!!
It’s good to know that there’s at least one brave LEO in this nation of invaders and jellyfish who is willing to enforce the laws on the books.
Illegal aliens are criminals and parasites, one and all. Their very presence here and practically everything they do on U. S. soil is illegal. They need to be ferreted out, rounded up like cattle, punished for their numerous crimes, then booted back to whence they snuck in from with such extreme prejudice that they will never, ever think of violating our sovereignty again. Enough is enough.

As a member of the Dineh Apache (a group that the federal government has violated EVERY treaty it signed with) I couldn’t agree more. As *every* anglo in Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona is illegally on my land, I can’t wait for a LEO with the balls to enforce the treaties that are on the books. I will truly enjoy owning a 10th of Denver.

If we had more people like him enforcing the law then we wouldn’t have so many criminals… or if we did, they would be where they belong, behind bars and wearing his pink uniforms!
If you don’t like the laws, that’s fine and your prerogative as an American citizen… but enforce them until you get up and tell your officials to change the law you don’t like!
