
“October was the bloodiest month for our American troops in all eight years of the war,” says Bill Moyers in his PBS commentary this week. As Moyers focused on the current war on Afghanistan, he reflected on the experiences America suffered from the Vietnam war and on the mistakes we continue to make in Afghanistan.
