We have to keep repeating these messages over and over to whomever will listen - there's no middle ground that can be taken on this issue; there is only ONE acceptable resolution. I do believe that ultimately the United States will be obliged to repeal its capital punishment system in the face of the growing criticisms of cost and procedure, and as a result of international pressure. Your point about the hypocrisy of a supposedly 'world-leading' nation denouncing human rights neglect in other countries, given the situation in its own backyard is spot on! Again, thanks.
