You are correct however it is a crooked practice that is contributing to the considerable unemployment rate. Not to mention that many states that have legalized it have also enacted fines for people who don’t view it as a real medicine. Wal mart should be fined and sued this is wrong and morally against better judgment from anyone not just walmart.

I refer you to read the President’s statement on this subject where he states that Federal employees will no longer prosecute MM users because they are in compliance with State law Which if you have never read the CONSTITUTION protects the state from this law because it states clearly that it is up to the state the federal government has been in the wrong all along and people like you are making it possible I implore you to research further into this issue because you are wrong.
