For one, the stock photos provided are of children whereas the majority of victims were post-pubescent boys. Secondly why didn’t you mention that more children get molested in the US public school system in one yeat than in 40 years in the Catholic Curch. Next article could you print pictues of the many aborted children, victims of a procress endorsed by the US government. Let’s be fair Mr Trendy Progressive

I agree, however I fear the Catholic Church is too wealthy and powerful to be properly prosecuted. They are above the law, which a lot of the time is just as corrupt.

The chauvinistically contrived hierarchy imposed by the Holy See is in fact that; a manmade distinction that has no connection whatsoever to the Divine. Jesus doesn’t believe in gender bias; the all male pecking order for priests was not his idea. The first person he visited upon his return from death shows that the Vatican certainly didn’t get their rampant and abusive sexism from him.

The Catholic church is a monolithic, mega-billion dollar organization based on certain fundamental moral precepts….which now appear to be internally unsustainable. It ain’t easy to admit mistakes at the same time you’re claiming Divine guidance and infallibility. Well, good luck with that……
