California’s GOP candidate for U.S. Senate Carly Fiorina is surely one to watch. Just for the sheer entertainment value. Yesterday, as she was prepping for a live TV interview, Fiorina was caught on an open mic lambasting opponent Sen. Barbara Boxer’s hair and questioning California GOP gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman’s decision to appear on Sean Hannity’s show.
Later came the spin: people aways talk about her hair, too. Oh, and she didn’t know she had a mic on. Yeah, I always have someone freshen my make-up and adjust wires that happen to be attached to my clothing every morning in my bedroom, too. Where did she think she was?
Fiorina also forgot the McCain campaign talking points back in 2008 when she was an official spokesperson for the former Maverick’s presidential bid. Must of been all that absent-mindedness that almost put Hewlett-Packard out of business and got her named to the list, along with former Enron chief Ken lay, of the top 20 WORST CEOs in history by Portfolio.
Of course she wasn’t too hapless to flee with a $42 million parachute and $200,000 yearly pension. Oh, and they threw in $50,000 in career counseling. Maybe that’s where she came up with the political career.
Can’t wait to see what Fiorina says next. But really, do you want this woman in the United States Senate?

So sorry that the video clip was removed. I guess Fiorina doesn’t want more people seeing it.
I’m not sure who removed the video access. Just replaced with the approved shorter clip. It’s enough of a “hair raiser, ” but not quite as juicy as her long, unfiltered version. Guess we’ll have to wait for her next gaffe.
