Arizona Police Officer Executes Man For Telling Him A Warrant Is Needed

Phoenix Police Officer responds to a domestic, enters a home with the mother’s permission, son inside tells officer he needs a warrant.  The officer responds by putting a gun to the victim’s head, saying “I don’t need no warrant, motherfucker.”  Seconds later, the victims dog was shot and killed, then the victim himself.

Update: although this took place last year (timeline of events), it is still a compelling story.  It appears as if no criminal charges were ever filed, although the mother of the murdered victim is pressing ahead with a civil suit, and the officer was eventually fired.

Okay….too extreme of me. I am just sick of cops who abuse their power. Obviously this cop had serious issues, or there is more that we do not know. But, I hope this cop gets a punishment equal to or greater than a civillian if he is guilty.

Well seems the 4th amendment doesn’t apply to him. he must work for the tsa….sounds like something they would say at the airport

I’m so sick of people who are clearly ignorant of reality saying things like this. When you buy a ticket, you agree to the TSA’s regulations. You have the choice of agreeing or not agreeing to them – by buying or not buying your ticket. There is therefore no 4th amendment violation. You have given your consent to the searches by buying the ticket. It’s a very simple concept, why do you have trouble with it?

You should not have to consent to an invasive and ineffective search to travel, that’s the problem.

Travel by train then. If being searched bothers you so damn much, you have other options. Trains, busses, taxis, boats if necessary. Welcome to the wonderful world of post-industrialism.

for profit news media (fox news 10) loves to manipulate or exaggerate to gain more viewership like the re posting of this video (newsjunkie’s). it sounds like there may be a good chance he was out of line but only hearing the mothers side makes it impossible to be fair and balanced. hoping on the band wagon of hating a whole group of people (cops) for the “possible” actions of one person from a one-sided presentation of a fox news affiliate is absurd. Rupert would be proud though.

If it’s reported by FOX, it needs to be confirmed by a respected news organization.

The mother’s side is hardly even featured. Most of the details of what happened came directly from the cop’s partner, who was in the room watching it all go down at the time.

This is really heart breaking! Although, I believe that there are some good officers out there, the general attitude of police is to shoot first and GET off later. It seems that the Rodney Kings of the world are getting some serious injustice and sad for all of us as we can all become victims of police brutality.

All I have to say is corruption probe what kinda police association justifies a bad cop actions. A corrupt one they should get an outside investigation from a 3rd party having a criminal investigate himself will just give you lies & bs looks like the arizona police dept is trying to cover up there own tracks. Its called have some integrity its obvious that the Arizona PD has none……..

“To protect and serve” has been replaced by “to punish and collect”. NWA had it right, 25 years ago.

Your article is incorrect. If you follow the link to the Fox 10 site, you will see that criminal charges have indeed been filed. The officer has been charged with murder in the second degree.

Welcome to the Amerikan police state! Nazi Germany set a good baseline of how to control a population. Will we continue to be robbed by inflation of the dollar, taxes, regulations, permits, licenses, codes, and all the other draconian tactics or will will start acting like REAL AMERICANS and stand against this tyranny? Time is running out and if you think voting will fix it you have another thing coming.
